You agree to notify iqq77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. iqq77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

iqq77 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by iqq77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

All financial transactions on the iqq77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). iqq77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and InstaPay. Deposits are credited to your iqq77 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. iqq77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Once confirmed, bets cannot be modified, cancelled, or withdrawn. iqq77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed as a result of a system malfunction. In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's iqq77 wallet.

• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

• Laundering money or using iqq77 for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing iqq77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the iqq77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the iqq77 platform without prior written consent from iqq77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, iqq77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the iqq77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence, or interruption of service.

iqq77 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all features. iqq77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

In any event, the aggregate liability of iqq77 to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your iqq77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iqq77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. iqq77 provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring customer support intervention:

Upon termination, iqq77 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending AML or compliance review.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
